These Terms govern your access to and use of Locatio.me (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lawful use & explicit consent
The Service is consent-based. Location information is shared only when the recipient explicitly approves location access in their browser. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, including:
- Locating your own device(s).
- Locating the device of your minor child that you are authorized to manage.
- Locating another person's device with their prior explicit consent.
Prohibited uses include (but are not limited to): covert tracking, deception to obtain consent, harassment, stalking, or any other unlawful activity.
No guarantee of accuracy
Location accuracy depends on device settings, browser permissions, GPS/Wi-Fi/cellular signals, and the recipient's environment. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
Credits
The Service uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. Credit rules may vary by feature and are described in the app UI.
