This page describes our general approach to refunds for credit purchases.

Locatio.me uses a pay-as-you-go credit model. Refund eligibility can depend on payment method, local law, and whether credits were used.

General guidelines

  • Please contact support as soon as possible if you believe a purchase was made in error.
  • We may ask for details that help us locate the purchase (receipt, transaction ID, date/time).
  • We may deny refund requests where credits were significantly used, except where required by law.
